Suggestions and Advice on How to Bot Multiple Accounts?

Hello BuddyForum,

I've looked for a while and I still can't find any concrete advice as to what I should do when botting multiple WoW accounts. Basically, I have my main account (hasn't botted in a very long time -- don't plan on botting on it anymore), 4 Battlechest accounts that will be purchased tomorrow, and plenty of guilds filled with random players.

I really want to know how to set up these botting accounts. Any suggestions/experience/advice would be truly appreciated, and if you could answer the following questions in your response, that would be great:
1. Do I set up the accounts under the same Battle.net account?
2. Do I bot them all on the same computer (which is also the same computer used to play my main account)?
3. Do I use a VPN (currently subscribed to a private VPN program -- so the locations/IPs probably wouldn't be as common as other VPN programs) while botting on the 4 accounts and avoid using a VPN when playing on my main account?
4. Should gold be transferred through small deposits into a bank of a guild filled with random players, or with another method?

I know any responses will also help other botters who are interested in botting on multiple accounts.

Thanks,

I was looking for information about this too, any thoughts from experienced users?

No have individual battle net accounts for each account so you may only get one account banned rather than 4.

2. Do I bot them all on the same computer
You can but it would be better to split them up as it would take up a fair bit of memory I like to have 3 per computer.

3. Do I use a VPN (currently subscribed to a private VPN program -- so the locations/IPs probably wouldn't be as common as other VPN programs) while botting on the 4 accounts and avoid using a VPN when playing on my main account?
I wouldn't use a vpn at all in the past I have found them to get me into trouble before I can get a toon to lvl 20. Remember if you look like you're trying to hide some thing you probably are.

4. Should gold be transferred through small deposits into a bank of a guild filled with random players, or with another method
It depends on what you call "small deposits" there are a number of difrent ways to do this also depending on the quantity of the gold. I would also suggest making a new guild with your botting accounts in it full access for all and don't fill it up with the same class mix it up as well

Anyways hope this helps

As a former multiboxer i have done it. I just run multiple instances of wow, windowed mode and bot for a few hours here and there. No problem at all.

Also turn down every thing if you are going to do it I don't know you're pc specs but either way it will still be very memory and cpu heavy don't expect to do anything else on that pc while running 4 to 5 wows

Only advice I can give is:

Nobody knows for sure.

Everybody is just speculating most of the time.

What works for someone else, may not work for you.

Blizzard has multiple methods to detect heavily automated processes, make it random. But be warned, even making the random part automated will make it automated, duh.

IP does matter unlike some other people claim.

What would you find more suspicious? Multiple small amounts deposited/withdrawn to/from a GB every day/week or a big amount of gold deposited/withdrawn to/from a GB. Correct, both are suspicious as fuck :)

Manual investigations and automated bans are different as day to night.

Don't underestimate connecting and linking details together. Manual investigations suck.

Expect to get banned and account for it.

Even I am just speculating and know nothing.

I'm going to agree to disagree with you on this one as I have used vpn in the past because I had 15 accounts back in bc and every one insisted you needed a vpn to bot with this Manny accounts turns out the ip's were hotlisted and all 15 accounts were banned. I only have 4 accounts 3 bots and one main and I haven't had any trouble for 2 years no vpn. But each to there own I guess and you can go either way as angelus said "expect to be banned" it's just part of the botting game
Best of luck to all

Well like I said, we are all just speculating and what works me, may not work for you. I, for one, find them mandatory when you have multiple accounts. In my own experience most of the big bans I've had were limited to the bots on the IP used. Only once I had multiple bans on multiple IPs, but I suspect those were linked because of the same selling account. If they were not, I speculate bans had been limited.

TL: DR dedicated proxies have been very lucrative for me.
