suggestion: record HP below 30% /hour

I am doing hc botting and I need to know how safe my bot is. 0 death/hour is not safe enough; it could be the case that my bot was very close to death several times but just got luck and survievd.

So I hope DB can record something like "HP below 30% / hour"-either record how many times my bot's HP falls below 30% /hour, or record the average total amount of time it keeps being below 30% /hour.

Meanwhile, put 100 pots and get heal under 30%. You can count how many spend.
