Hey Mods + Boss.


Quick question or suggestion. Is there any reason these forums are viewable by people without an account and/or without buying the bot?

It just seems like it wouldn't be hard to read these forums, learn about the bot, and then go and find the bots by following the profiles.

If there was just one public forum people could still ask questions before they brought it, but the "Secrets" ie, the profiles, the bugs, the cc's are all hidden. It might reduce the public that actively try to look for bots and report them.


Didn't see a suggestion forum, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.

How would they follow the profiles? They would have to open the xml, find a way to navigate to the xyz coordinates in game (which don't match up with in game coords without doing a fair bit of math), and then checking each coordinate for a bot which may or may not be there (and may or may not be a human)?

Hardly seems worth it. The reason they are publicly viewable is for potential customers and people using the trial to get information and downloads.

If someone went through all that trouble, why wouldn't they also just create an account? o.O
