While developing profiles for HB, it is nothing unusual to encounter places where the navmesh is not perfect.
Reporting them is an option, but a slow one.
As far as i know, Main & Apoc are the ones that mesh .
They are also doing something else than fixing our mesh issues, so it can take a while.
Highvoltz had a nice idea and i improved it a bit:
Back in the days the profileauthor had to mesh the area.
Nowadays, the world is mashed for you.
If you combine the 2 ideas into one you might profit.
Most of the world is meshed by the hb-team, and its working without problems.
For the places where it doesn't work , ramps, narrow places, stairs, road signs,
we could introduce something like patch-tiles, override-tiles.
If the profile author notices a place where the bot gets problems with the default meshtile, he can create an override-tile which he can ship with his profile.
Since the meshtiles are signed and bound to your account to make *****ing HB more diffiult HB could check if you have a valid original tile before adding the override-counterpart.
I think if you crowdsource mesh generation a bit, maybe just to a few trusted people around here, everyone benefits.
