[Suggestion] Force people to use the bugtracker.

Well we have had the bug tracker for several weeks now and in all honesty it has not helped because nothing has been changed on the forum side of things, people post in the release post and ultimately get answers, suggestions or confirmation of issues quicker than those of us whom use the bug tracker.

So... what I propose is that when a new release is posted that thread is locked straight after and then it forces people to use the bug tracker. This not only consolidates all bugs but it also cuts down on useless posts being added to the already bloated threads.

some of the bugs in many cases are not real bugs
can be wrong setup,a broken profile...in general something wrong on users side
thats why we dont lock threads

I think the Bug Tracker is great, but when you guys put a new build up you need to allow us to Bug Report for the new build, someone forgets to add the buil id to the tracker.
