Suddenly, after running HB all morning, using it lags my wow to extremely low FPS

I have tried Enyo and Lazyraider with my TuanHA routines, and the moment I click Start, my WoW lags horrendously. This just started a minute ago! I was using Honorbuddy the whole morning with no problems, and for months before that. When I click Stop, my WoW is back to normal.

I changed no settings. Any idea what could cause this? I restarted WoW and Honorbuddy and it still does it.

It does the exact same thing even with the Singular combat routine on my Death Knight.

I swapped toons to use GarrisonBoss and experienced no lag, and on my Druid I did not experience any lag. I have no idea why my one character is suddenly not working.

are you using Kaspersky anti-virus?

If no Kaspersky, please try to adjust the process priority for wow.exe in your Task Manager. Set it to a higher priority.
Maybe also post a full log file so that the devs can see if anything obvious is interfering / malfunctioning. <-- This is usually a good start.
