Stuttering/low FPS when running certain routines

im having trouble with taunaHA monk and a few other CC's where when they are running my FPS drops to around 3-7 maybe 14 if im lucky. i have been having this problem with certain CC's like amplify as well. some work perfectly and others just drag my PC down. its not my graphics card, because i get 30-40 FPS normally.

im running with 2 GB's of ram and an AMD sempron 140 processor 2.70 GHz on a 64 bit machine.

im just wondering if there is a way i can reduce the lag these CC's cause on my computer? or if there is something i can download/buy to make these problems nonexistent.

set wow process on a higher priority than normal (task manager)

fixed. thank you so much! i didnt know it was such a simple fix maybe now i can run pvp suite with max ticks and not have it lag at all.

actually, i got a new problem. wow seems to hang alot. there isnt a lag problem, its just if im in a bg, everyone will run in place for about 3 seconds regardless on my latency.
