You log onto the store and check under "My Purchases" if it is really enabled for streaming. And if it is not, you try these two things:

When I try to access the studio companion plugin, error says that server and plugin is not available

I've got a big problem. I bought as I said the Retro bundle raid profile. It works perfectly.

But since I took the trial (3 days) for the battle pet studio, the studio companion is bugging.

I made a fresh install of HB, cleaned all the cache, disabled the pet studio, I still have this problem

When I wanted to start one of my profile of the raid, HB crash.

I noticed a bug with the Planner so I have to dig a bit into it. Only problem right now is time. I am getting visitors from southern Germany and France today and I will have to entertain them a lot up until sunday, so I will not have my usual throughput with updates. You will probably have to wait until the middle of next week for a fix. Until then you can either disable the pet battle trial on the store under "My Purchases" or run those raids manually. I will gladly reset the pet battle trials once this is fixed, so you get another 3 days to try and not lose time.
