Thanks for the compliment. I am in a bit of a rush to submit 28 product updates to the store so I will give you the brief rundown of your issues. I hope you can understand. ;-)

1. Looting
Trash mob loot can not be turned off. Most people use these profiles to make gold. With the wardrobe being a thing now there are tons of gold to be made on the AH. If you want to get rid of everything non-epic, you could probably go to "Raids > Item Override Options" and set most of the stuff to destroy on the second tab. But that's just off the top of my hat. I can keep the feature in the back of my mind for the next big thing I have in the works. No promises on that though. :-)

2. Bot choosing the wrong act
There was an issue with determining the raid status that I have updated today for all raids (one of the reasons for all the updates). Once they are approved it should run better.

3. Not moving on after Chess Event
Yeah ... there were a couple of things Blizzard broke with the event in the prepatch. Pieces turning randomly and stuff. I fixed them and introduced an exception by mistake, because I was in such a rush with all the required updates. I have a new version that I will upload in a few minutes and once that is approved it should work again.

4. Us guys continueing to support the products
The development is a one-man job. I have a few amazing beta testers, but there is no team in "Studio60". Just one dude in his 30s with a passion for automation. :-) I do however pride myself on offering top-notch support for my products. Maybe even the best among the community developers if I may be so bold. I am a workaholic with basically little to do besides developing games and stuff for bots. I will continue to support my products and upgrade them all through Legion. After that we have to reevaluate. Can't say what's going to happen in two years.

Dude for only one person your work is insane, I actually thought there would be at least a few working on it. The fact that you've already updated something based on feedback is enough to secure me as a patron! Thanks mate :)

Weird. I did not update anything pet battle related. I will take a look now.

You are correct. HB can not read garrison building levels anymore. Thanks for finding that. I have informed the staff since this is a core bug.
 
I just try to experience your Retro Bundle which trial of 3 days, and I can't start when I press the start run button.
Already used the questbot. Please check the attachment.

The profile says that QuestBot could not be found. That points to a problem in the HB installation. Please try performing a clean installation (Guide: How to perform a clean Installation). Are you maybe running the german version of Honorbuddy? The german version does not have access to quest bot.
 
Still not working, I used the clean installation as you said, and my version of honorbuddy is China

Is the quest bot named differently in china? With over 4000 users of Studio Companion I feel that you probably are not the first one to use a chinese version of Honorbuddy. But I don't know how far the HB localization goes and we can only identify bots by their name.
 
Should be the named problem, I changed the Chinese language to English and restart the honorbuddy. After that, it can work now. If it possible, please complete the little problem.

I will see if the Bossland staff has an idea aside from checking for all names in all languages. Maybe there is something I don't know about yet.

Did a fresh HB/Studio60 install and haven't seen this issue since. I'll keep an eye on it though.

The naming issue will be solved in the next release. Thank you for pointing it out. I am still confused why it never came in a year, but it was a valid issue. I am now testing differently for the quest bot. I will try to submit the new version on Monday since I do have a few more things to fix in the plugin.

A few of the memory offsets have been changed serverside. It even resolved the garrison daily issues. Let's hope it fixed your problem too.

I will submit one small update to the Companion tomorrow morning and then work on fixing that issue. It requires a bit more work, but I think I have it figured out.
 
Small heads up: I figured out the issue with the Planner not continueing from one raid to the next and fixed it locally. It does however also require an update of all raid profiles which I am implementing right now. So expect this to be fixed soon.

Version 2.0.160809.1 has been approved and is now live on the store.

Code: 
General
- Quest Bot selection will no longer break in HB localizations other than english
- Wintergrasp avoidance works again (required a workaround for the broken Blizzard GetWorldPVPAreaInfo API)
- Bot will now continue correctly from one raid to the next on a Studio Planner run

Raid Studio
- Completion status for Ulduar mount runs is now calculated correctly
