Studio Companion causing WoW to crash

Both WoW and HB start up fine but when I hit the start button on the Studio Companion pluggin my wow freezes while it starts up and will stop responding. View attachment 5168 2015-12-15 16.57.txt

The failure mode has changed. But, the log clearly shows Honorbuddy exiting due to a WoWclient exit:

[02:51:35.056 N] Wow exited, Honorbuddy stopped!
[02:51:35.057 Q] Bot stopping! Reason: Wow exited, Honorbuddy stopped!​

This is going to be caused by an interfering program:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference​

BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products​

Please keep in mind that:

• You may need to completely remove a program on the list--'disabling it' is frequently not sufficient.
• You may have an interfering program that is not on the list.
  These must be idetnfied and delt with. If you find a new interfering program, please keep us informed, so we can update the list for others.

Well it works on my priest not my rogue...

What would cause it to not work on one toon but not the other?
