Stuck updating flight paths

For the last week or so Honorbuddy has been refusing to use flight paths which can be kinda annoying. It sits there for hours trying to use it but never does.

The logs are filled with
[12:08:37 AM:635] Changed POI to: Type: Fly, R: Update
[12:08:37 AM:870] Cleared POI - Reason Done with FP

Any ideas?

did you:

DC and relog
type /reload
log off onto another character / log to main to mail money and back onto alt?

Pretty sure I didn't have any of that happen. but can't be sure it was before setting the bot up to goto bed last night. I do know even restarting Honorbuddy doesn't help.
