Stuck trying to do the same quest over and over and over and.....

Well like the title says, the bot is trying to do the same quests over and over. My wow crashed while I started a new character and now it keeps on going back for an old quest to complete it (but it already has). I let it go for a little bit but there are people around and dry humping a npc back and forth is rather obvious. I erased my caches and restarted wow / hb but nothing.

I remember there was an option you could turn from False to True (or something like it) for it to skip already completed quests but I cant remember what it is.
