Stuck on moving to hotspot, or running in circles

I often find my bot stuck and it says "moving to hotspot" it just sits there. I also find the questbuddy trying to turn in a quest over and over. Sometimes the bot just runs around and doesnt do anything.

Any advice, I couldnt find any info on this.
