Stuck on loading screen

Hi .. i had purchased a key yesterday and tried to log in but it just stuck on the loading screen and can't proceed further.
Please help to check what went wrong.

Hi Tony... Do you mean i need to leave it blank in the boxes for Proxy, Port, User Name, and the Password?
