Stuck on loading profile

I just purchased 24 hours last night to try Honor Buddy out per a referral from my friend. Unfortunately I have been unable to get it to work yet. I have read every piece of literature on the forums as well as several posts complaining about having the same issue as me. I have watched unofficial videos on you tube, and tried several things on my own.

None the less the bot keeps getting stuck @ loading profile when I try to load up a BG profile and I can't get it to get past that point.

Things I've done:

Re-installed
Put it in a a Parallel directory
Used default and custom profiles

I've done all of these things several times over, not sure why I can't get it working but the provided setup information has been followed to the letter and I am getting the same result.

At this point its stuck on loading tiles. I did a recent log and have attached it here.

I got it sorted. The tool would not work in Disc but will in Holy and Shadow for my priest. Kind of disappointing as I bought it for 24 hours to test it, and almost all of that time has come and gone without me being able to use it.
