It's actually only been an hour and 20 minutes. Relax, patience... Do you really want them to rush and then you complaint on why you got banned? Play it without the bot for now. Don't always 100% rely on the bot.

I remember when 'Buddy' did Guild Wars 2, they couldn't deal with all the patches/maintenances/changes and they just canceled it all together.
