make a new Hb installation from scratch and use dx9 instead

I also am having the same problem, i have tried reinstalling it and repairing it and it keeps getting stuck on (checking buddy stroe products, This may take a while) how do i use it with direct X dont even give me the option?

if you have issues when using dx11 you must use dx9
