Stuck on Act 5 portals

It is constantly getting stuck on the act 5 portals(the ones to the last boss) in rifts and bounties.

Hey Tony , I just intalled the DB some days ago. So how can I update the log files? And since I just intalled its not uploaded? Im having this same problem but on rifts that looks like the act 5 with portals. And just on that rifts.
