Stuck in keep level 3, baracks and underbridge.

Is there a way to turn off Keep level 3, baracks and underbridge because i get stuck in there like 80% of the time playing :S ive tried to just remove them from the schedule but it still runs it. help pls

im new to this. btw love the work so far.
