Stuck in "Connectiong to server" screen

I bought a 3-day trial key 1 hour ago, downloaded all the files correctly, but then i'm stuck in the key-insertion screen as you can see in the attached image...any possible solution? I've already tried disabling the antivirus/firewall and running the updater.exe as administrator...
The logs folder is empty so i don't have any log to post.

You cant connect to our auth server. You should configure your firewall and add AB files and everything related to AB to "white" list. Also check is 37.187.165.168 available for you and firewall dont block it

I opened ports 1237, 1251, 5031 as suggested in the helpdesk topic. Also tried to disable my firewall/antivirus and to add all AB files to firewall and antivirus whitelist but nothing worked. Any clues?
I also tried to ping 37.187.165.168 from cmd and it's reachable.

I can't help you. This problem related to your PC and configuration of your PC (firewalls\antiviruses\vpns\etc).
AB can't connect to auth server.
