Stuck in BG's

Is there any plugin that I can use for battlegrounds that ensures that i dont run into objects and get stuck there the entire match? I'd like to think i've scoured this website for plugins in regards to this, but I have not been able to find one with any relevance to PVP stuck-age. Help anyone?

at what points you get stuck?

The points I get stuck in can all vary. Sometimes I run into a catapult at the isle of conquest, or at strand of the ancients, I get stuck running into the ships netting. It always seems to be right out of the gates/start that this sort of thing happens.
