Stuck helper?

Is there like a plugin that can make a noise or push notification to the phone when the bot gets stuck in between quest behaviors? On rare occasions quest bot will just sit somewhere trying to pickup a quest it already has or just afk'ing at the flight master saying its update. A lot of the grind quests are pretty much afk'able but I like to take naps in between and hate to wake up 2 hours later and only get 3 bars of experience because its just sitting somewhere.
