Stuck during rifts - Log attached

Dear Developers,

It would create games and enter nephalim rifts without problems, but it tends to get stuck at random times and I couldn't figure out why. I've tried adjusting some item pickup settings / avoidance settings but no avail.

Currently using the faceroll Rathma set preset already included with DB. Any help will be apprecated!

I've also tested out different combat routines - I thought because the specific ones needed to be updated, however the problem still persisted and the issues were the same as the above logs.
