Stuck at menu -> account manager... nothing happens

title tells it all.
im connected to archebuddy but i cant do anything with it. when i choose anything from menu, nothing happens. i mean no error reports or anything.
any help?
 
So when you click account manager are you not able to hit the "new" if so I would try exiting deleting and double check you have the requirements before hand reinstalled then try running as administrator and install open/ also some people have problems with God's have disconnected us . (Right click updater go to properties > compatibility > run as windows 7> run as admin> ally and ok)

Also have you tried to just manually open arch age while updater is open and see if it hooks? Will tell u in main menu of archbuddy

im stuck at part 4 and there is not much info

do i also need to open game with windoes 7 and admin?

Really wish this would get a response. I had the program working great about 4-5 times. Now when i open Archebuddy, it connects to the servers and all, but any option in "Menu" does nothing at all - no more windows pop up, no settings, nothing. Pls Help

P.S - Update : Now when i launch Update.exe The window with my product key pops up says logging in, connected, but does not go away nor does the Log window pop up anymore. I literally cannot do anything

Check that the windows are not opening but are just resized too small to see them.

This happened on my laptop all of a sudden one day (but my PC still works fine) .. whenever I open any of the windows from the MENU drop down they appear resized into a tiny box and i need to grab them and drag them out to their normal size
 
Was a good point, but yeah i can get passed the "Key or Keys" screen now, but it says connected
 
So this is just a very current, like maybe in the last 40-50 minutes for you guys too?

If so maybe a serverside issue on buddy end

Anyone found a fix to this? I've just bought it and all that works on the menu is quit. Now the servers gone down.......great
