tried settings folder, tried restarting pc, turned off any firewall or virus protection. re-installing HB View attachment 2452 2013-05-05 12.10.txt

ok i think i know the problem, i bought this from mmomic, so have people confirm where they bought it if they are having logging in issues. purchasing legit copy as we speak

ya i just read that...im and idiot, just thought it was a sister site. anyway, id rather pay for quality products so i just bought a member ship through the actual site. thanks guys

i know this has nothing to do with this support part but where can i go if payment is getting declined?

first things first call the number on the back of your card and let them know your getting declined as most cards dont allow out of country transactions, and its a quicker fix then waiting for support.

if not then send an e-mail to [email protected] with the e-mail your using during checkout and let them know whats going on.
