Stuck at Logging in after update

So a a few days ago, I updated HB, and then HB would get stuck at logging. So I did a system restore, and didnt update HB. seemed to work. then now HB wouldnt work with the new WOW patch, so i was forced to update HB. Well now im back to square one and its stuck at logging in

tried a fresh installation from scratch?
