Stuck at loading screen.

Greetings,

Apparently I have the same problem as many of you...
The bot was working properly, for a unknown reason crashed and
asked me to roll back because of issues in the new patch. Now before any
of you say DL and re-install a fresh one... I have. The weird thing is that it runs,
loads, but stops once it recognizes what character I am. After that it won't load. Is
anyone having that issue? If so...how did you fix it!

Use support issues section,provide a full log as attachment as well
