Stuck at "Loading profile..."

So when I log into HB and tries to load a profile, any profile it just says "loading profile..." never loads, please help asap.
I have no idea what to do, the profiles worked about 4 hours ago.

It was just ONE profile that didn't work and bugged the whole HB.

EDIT: Scratch that, it's working for some reason now. It said loading profile for about 3 minutes, then I just hit Start to see what would happen and... it worked! But it didn't do this all the time, I tried this before and it didn't work. I'm not sure what changed this time
