Hello, i've made a brand new install (from the installer as administrator on Win7 64) of Honorbuddy, but i'm stuck at "Checking for Buddy Store products".
I thougt it was normal at the beginning, but few hours later, bot is still on this screen.

The bot is not freeze, he respond but all the buttons are grey.

I've got everything needed, the .NET Frameworks and other things like this that we need. For example, Demonbuddy is working perfectly.

Use the ZIP file and not the installer. Use a new location for this zip file install.

If you still have issues please post the log and not a copy paste of it.

How to post a log

Sorry for double post.
Well, i have re-installed HB with both installer and zip.
The results are the same.

Still stuck on checking Buddy store.
A bit annoying.
Does anybody got an older release to test it?

there is a file that is screwed up if you give me a little bit of time today ill figure out which one it is if an admin doesnt grab it :D

use dx9 instead and let me know if that makes any difference plz

Thank you Tony for the answer, but nothing changed with DirectX9.
i'm gonna try with the beta release.
here is the log:View attachment 3456 2015-06-22 19.24.txt

Edit: Same problem with the beta release.

Edit 2: using google, i've found somebody with the same problem than me with a non-legit version if you know what i mean.
He solved the problem by deleting /appData/Local/bossland.
I did the same, but it still doesnt work. And i'm using an original version of HB, of course.

then its not the same issue.

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

e-mail support with your key and link this thread, if you explain you were having issues during your trial they will probably extend it for you.

as far as the error, make sure your user account has administrative privileges.
then

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=St0xz-gf0zg

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

I'm sorry CodenameG, i already did everything you said.
As i explained it to you. HB is attaching to wow, my wow is in 32 bit (x86 in the login menu), on dx9. But nothin' happens.

Dear fire ,

after trying several things out
i found a map temp called in my windows there where hidden honorbuddy files left even after the uninstall been done
maybe this could work for you 2 i got passed the freaking checking for store by deleting annything that is from bossland in temp and the bossland map also just uninstall it and than go check for hidden files you might find objects you wanted to be removed with the uninstall

hope it will work for you 2

kind regards

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
