Stuck at Checking Buddy Store

I got a new laptop, installed wow, installed honorbuddy, and I can not get past 'Checking Buddy Store' on honorbuddy startup. So far I have tried:
-clearing cache
-making a windows defender exception for the honorbuddy folder
-rebooting

I followed every step exactly again (I also did before posting the first time), and it is still doing it.

I just installed HB on this computer for the first time today, and on first login and boot up it gave me this message. I haven't ever had a successful run on this computer if that matters.

hmm,you are missing the Roslyn folder included in Hb zip

make a fresh Hb installation using the zip file instead of the installer plz

I've been having the same type of issues. I've done a clean install of both HB and game software, this sometimes solves it for a little bit. For me it gets stuck on either checking the buddy store or sometimes when loading a profile. This will normally happen when I shut hb and the game client down and then start them back up again to switch the character that I'm using. I'm doing another install right now or I would post the log from it. I'll try and duplicate it again later today so I can post the log.
