Didn't see the turn of events, was in the other room, but came back and it was at adria's hut and I had diagnostic on so here are the logs.
Any clue? This has been happening to me since demon buddy first came out...
Running Unstucker 2.0.5, Icools' Sark helper, and NotifClicker.
Deleted up until the file was 977kb so it would fit, the error is at the bottom but i attached as much as possible just so you could have it, maybe it will reveal something to you?
Working on getting logs for loot errors, too, since thats happening a lot.
