stuck 3/3 sessions

Hello we have had gb/hb for a while and me and my brothers bot using all 3 sessions of our lifetime account but we are stuck at 3/3 sessions running right now while there is only one of us botting. We have reset the internet and all of our computers yet we are still stuck with it saying 3/3 any help?

Did you ever shared your account ?! maybe it could be just some1 else using it ! Try to change your password and secure your session, you might get your invoice check by an admin too !
