Strongest Class to bot atm?

Bane of the Powerful (dmg increase will almost always be up), Bane of the Trapped (solid damage increase), Gogok/Pain enhancer if you need the aspd to reach a break point.
 
I borrow this thread a bit. Lets say I start a fresh toon. Lets say witch doctor. What game difficulty can I get from the bot routine if I use it as combat bot only? Do I need to change any settings for it? Totally new on both diablo and botting it. Thx for hints and tips. I want to use wizard but read its weaker?
