It's when it reads/does a lua command that throws an error, E.G:

Lua.DoString("ASODJHASYUFGSDIUFHSDUIFH");

Would cause that error, just ignore it.

C:\Users\Public\Public Games\World of Warcraft\Cache\ (open Cache folder - delete everything in there)

Restart Wow (these two folders will refresh and repopulate with updated data upon relaunching) - Your rate of crashing should significantly drop after doing this.

Dont take my word for it, this is what Blizzard recommends on their forums. It's not a HB problem, it's a Blizzard problem that's tied to cache from previous versions.
