Strange death

I was running my bot and ALT+TAB then I saw this strange "event" on my chat ingame... Do you think I should be worried of being banned?

If you are not aware, much like Whimsyshire, Diablo 3 also has a dungeon (that's hidden and kind of rare to get) where you can kill/fight a dungeon with all the monsters named with some developer's names.
