@tony , hay tony you have helped me a a lot with stuff I am trying to get my SB key exchanged for a archeage key. but I don't think the CS for my ticket understands this. Can you plz help and get me a exchanged archeage key?

hey, ive been asking for refund through your given email. for more than 1 week and more than once, u guys just ignore my request? whats wrong?

and i also describe the problem in cn forum, heres the quote, and guess what, they can do nothing
发了邮件提交了request。request有进bosslandgmbh的系统。

第一次是一周多前提交的,单号#114944,回复告诉我我的支付方式无法直接回退款项(支付宝alipay),所以需要我提供银行卡号或者paypal账号。然后我提供了paypal账号。接着石沉大海。一个礼拜没回复。

#115579这单是我怕之前的request因为来回次数多被忽略了,在5天后重新提交的,这次连客服都没分配,2天了一直是待分配状态。

退个款这么挤牙膏我也是很无语。

请这边中文论坛帮助解决一下谢谢了。
 
I sent in a request for a refund, you guys asked me for my paypal, and i haven't received anything since. Can I get a update please?
