Store Compiler update...

Greetings Out,

Please could u update the Store compile? There are devs that are trying to update their plugins and they can due the store compiler been out of date.

As well could u fix the eternal bug of "Shackle" Debuff is detected as "isStun" but should be "isRoot" please? many antiCC plugins fails cause of that.
