Stops Picking Up items

Using Trinity .13 +quest tools plugin +newest DB - file based pickup + hard rules

Somtimes when the inventory is full ( except the last two squares in the bottom right corner the bot stops picking up ilvl 60+ items and doesnt go for a town run. Can somone tell me how to fix this plz ?
