I have been trolling around these forums for a while reading all the complaints in the "ban" section. For those of you young guns who just started botting and think that this is a ban wave, it isn't. Since HB injects/memory edits (I am not a programmer so I do not know exactly how it works) if the software were detected by warden, you would get AN AUTO BAN upon logging into your character. AUTO BAN. It happened to Pirox, it happened to Glider, it hasn't happened yet to HB so stop bitching.

No one cares if you can't bot for hours on end anymore. If you don't like it, go make your own bot. Oh, wait, you can't because you do not have the knowledge or the know how to make your own bot. So how about you listen to the people that DO know what they are doing, the developers. Yah, you paid for the bot. The bot does it's job very well. If you get banned, it is not the developers fault, it is your fault. By breaking the ToS YOU are liable. YOU TAKE THE RISK. /end topic

So, please, grow up. Take some responsibility for your actions.

So your telling me a company that has made millions or even billions does not have the choice/ability to create a system that scans, then flags a account and then after manually ban?

2. The fact is they don't need to make their detection system auto ban. Maybe they have a plan behind not enabling a autoban after detecting? What if their policy or procedure is to review a flagged account before a ban?

3. FFS you don't work at Blizzard so stop making statements on their behalf.

Please get your facts straight "Pirox" was not a "Injection" it was a client side based the only reason it was banned is b/c when they started using there new archa bot it would flood cords in a chat channel did anybody think about blizz reading those random logs NO b/c there where a ton of people banned for it. Me being one of them I used pirox up till he packed up his bags and headed for the hills. An anybody and everybody has a right to post there comment as they please as you do to "Troll" the forums with bitching about bitchers GG man..Keep it up.
 
Not worth more words it?s the same "bla bla bla", like in thousand Threads before. Something is wrong, at this time. We don?t know what, maybe the devs don?t know.

But banns rising at the moment, like never before. There MUST be something.

Have to disagree, his post actually made sense unlike about 90% of the things you read on these forums nowadays.
 
As much as I hate to admit, the OP is right. In the end we are all responsible for what happens to our accounts. The bot hasn't been redesigned to stand up against blizzard's actions so we just have to be way, way more careful. Some people are luckier than others and that's how it is. GB2 and BGBuddy will get you banned and there's nothing you can do about it. I just hate the fact that all I can bot for is 2 hours a day to stay safe, the profit isn't good.

Actually the devs KNOW that there is nothing wrong according to tony.
 
Well they are most definitely running some sort of server side script now.
I lost about 10 accounts the last 4 days and when I started up one today, I got banned after 4 hours of farming.

I suppose they are checking for movement or something like that now.
 
If they autobanned everyone because of memory edits/warden detection then we would all know how they were running their antibot campaign. Perhaps they are only using autoban on EU accounts or a certain number per day in order to make this community believe warden is not detecting HonorBuddy. I know that is an extremely slim possibility, but the fact is NOBODY KNOWS WHY SO MANY HAVE BEEN BANNED LATELY! You just don't know, and acting like you do know is confusing the issue for those that are seriously trying to figure out what is going on. Simply being 99% sure that Blizzard is not doing something does not mean they are not doing exactly what you think they are not doing. Just think of the lawsuits and the headaches Blizzard would have if they got caught using the Warden to scan all the processes on some of our computers. If they were doing it, they would not want us to know about it. So, I doubt they are but I cannot prove or disprove it. I do know that the WoW client goes searching around my computer for some .DLL files. Perhaps they look for a few other things in the process.
 
Everyone thinks that getting detected by warden means insta-ban .. it doesnt.. They have done it in the past, and they do it in waves, no instant bans for bots. I've botted for weeks at a time even after isxwow was detected... Either way, dont think this bans are due to warden cause its easy enough to check for new scans on warden, and the bot actually does that... So if they are doing software detection they are doing it from somewhere else in the client.. dont forget its all code, the only advantage of warden is that they can update it when they feel like without any patch. Dont have a clue if thats the case or if its only server side scripts...

Actually most of us just wana know what went wrong to improve our methods for the next batch. You know some of us actually use 10+ bots, and guys from HB should be happy about that because we BOUGHT thos bots from them, ya we made them some cash you know its a product its not free. Also we wana keep using that product, but if you get banned as fast as now no sane person gona continue using it.

Anyway im still w8ting for some of the DEVS to say ... ya you are doing it wrong you need to do it like this .... but no , everything is working as intended .....
