Stone hide leather level 3 did anyone get it?

I skin botted seals and some bear area with 2 diff toons at a time diff accounts vpn everything for 8 hours a day 6 days a week for like 2 months straight did all all the leather quests even did the gay leatherworking quest twice on 2 toons to follow that moose around and rope it and stuff and still didn't get stone hide leather level 3 drop I even contacted a gm asked him how many corpses ive skinned and he informed me that its a low drop rate I had skinned 6.2 million corpses at the time I asked he was as confused as me I asked him to look at my other account RoflSkin and it was level 3 stonehide leather with only 57 skinning skill. The Gm didn't really know what to say. So anyone here actually get level 3 skinning on any of there bot toons?

The problem with that is you only get level 3 stonehide and stormscale skinning off of mobs in Suramar. So if you spent all that time skinning and you weren't in Suramar, that that's your problem.
