Stock on Mats or Sell and Save up Gold for MoP

I was just wondering this. I have stockpiles of all cata herbs and ores and skins and was wondering if this is really need sense MoP is coming soon. Should i just sell and make the money and save up or keep and wait till MoP. is anyone else Stockpiling or just selling everything

Since I cant get anything sold I'm stockpiling pets right now...
