TarasBulba help me to solve this problem already.

The solution is :

1. install the latest DB and Adventurers

2. install the .Net and C++ libary

3. Run the cmd.exe as administrator, which is in C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

4. Input netsh winsock reset , then enter.

5. After run this command, the window will tell you to restart.
But do not reboot!!! not reboot!!! not reboot!!!
Run DB directly, you will find no exception for your DB.

Use the latest DB, the problem still exist.

But yesterday TarasBulba helped me by using TeamView.

He ran "netsh winsock reset" in command prompt, after this, don't restart the computer,

then directly ran DB, the exceptions are disappeared.
