There is only one routine that comes shipped with Honorbuddy, and that's Singular, as you already know. Bobby works hard on that routine, even though most people still say it's not worth using. So, they go out and get other routines, made by 3rd party developers in their free time. So, basically what you're going to have to do is grow some patience and wait for those 3rd party developers to update their threads and routines, in their own time. They make these voluntarily. Some you pay for, some you don't, but not a single one of these developers has ever stated that if you get their product it will be up-to-date with current patches within 24 hours of the patch going live. These developers have lives of their own, with families, children, a job, a love life, etc. These guys (and girls?) don't sit behind their computer screens writing code every waking minute of their lives. They'll get their items updated in due time, when they feel like it, and not a second sooner, man. C'mon. Stop being so demanding and stop acting so entitled. I'm going to be cliche and say if you want a routine that's updated for 5.4 when YOU want it, then you're going to have to write your own.
