still no key

i have sent 2 emails now for the account iainho00 for some reason it wont let me logging to website on that account but i can log into the portal one and i had a lifetime account and now it doesnt work as i have no key and i cant seem to find the email account linked to it even thou i know the original one which i emailed u from
