since the conversion to from shop account to key based - i can only run one session. :(

i send an email to support on Tue, 20. Nov 2012 15:10:40 and have not received an answer yet. :(

can somebodey please help me!!!

Send another. Ill tell Tony to check the emails.

Be sure to spend time writing the email including your old shop account name and other information for your key.
 
disregard post and email - as of build 6585.517 it works fine again.
