Still missing Images on forum

This image still seems missing from the attachment list (at least here it is).
It's the .cs attachment file image.

I recall posting this a while back but the post seems to have been deleted (and as I recall without any comments), so here it is again, since it's still not resolved.

Only difference is that this time I'm not gonna bitch about the single bright skin available for the forum looks, as it's useless anyways. But if you leave us only 1 skin, at least have it work.

I haven't seen that image for awhile either... and just to let you know, it's kinda important for new users. A few times at first I thought that the attachment was broken, not the image and then I figured out the actual attachment was to the right.

On a sidenote, what's with the google adds on top of the page (above the 2 yellow bars with info about key based etc).
Can that also be removed or switched off for us registered (and paying) users.
