Still have problems with my HB

Here are 3 logs, 2 from a character each and 1 from the launcher. bot gives me lag spikes on a CC and with singular it just doesnt cast fast enough. maybe you could have a look and figure my problem out?

p.s i have reinstalled windows, downloaded net.4 and visual C++ also complete fresh install of HB nothing from my previous windows is in it

download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.
