Still getting "Authentication failed"

Hey! I have tried out most things on the forum about this, i bought a key and i couldnt use it at all. No support at MSN to. I think this is very bad customer service, people are not getting helped. I am haveing this issue:

i have reinstalled, updated CC, updated .NET. most things.

add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus
