Still cannot see the client

Hello, so I posted here a week or so ago that I can't see the client with it loads. I got a response that it might be my anti Virus programs so I put the file in a different location and tried that. Still no luck on it, I am running windows 10 so wanted to see if anyone else has this issue? I would love for it to get fixed so I could use the program I paid for.

Have you installed all the dependencies? Are you running in administrator for both wildstar and Wildbuddy? Is the game set to DX11?
