Still Botting

Just Botted a Shadow Priest 1-90 & a Warlock 1 - 90 using Cava's Plugin, almost full AFK except a couple of times I came back and I was running up a tree SINCE the warden updates

This doesn't automatically mean, that botting is as 'secure' as it was before the update. Well, since you probably realised, Blizzard does ban in waves.
It could as well be, that your account has been flagged and will be banned with the next coming wave.

Flagged means any form of botting not just those.
And if you still don't understand, any form means, Questing, Raid bot, Grind bot, BGBot, Archeology bot, fish bot.

What is so difficult about understanding the concept of banning in waves?

They find Your toon running into trees for 45 minutes, they flag Your accoount. They do the same thing with mutliple of other accounts: Farming ores 24/7 five weeks in Vot4W. Using the same questprofiles/dungeonprofiles over and over again.
Then BAM ... comes the hammer!

They don't fucking care what You do since the last update, as they only need to flag You ONCE. Then wait. Then BOOM.
